What that means is that anyone can submit them and create their own videos and submit them, thus the different in quality of video and message. I have picked out a few here that can be quite alarming in their depiction but not all e-waste is handled this way. This video is exactly that - a video of e-waste processing in China, put to Chinese rock music. For rock fans, I haven't heard Chinese rock before but I'd say they do a pretty good job with it.
