If you need technical support there are a few different options

Skype Telephone support

- I use Skype which is free if you install it on your PC. My  name is Robert Lefebvre and if you use the Skype search feature you will be able to find me and both talk with me and chat for free. I won't always be able to pick up for a phone call but can almost always chat when I'm online. This is the best way to conduct live support because we can both talk and chat at the same time if necessary. Each way has its own advantages and disadvantages but together they compliment each other nicely. Oh yeah, you can use Skype for outgoing and incoming telephone calls too, anywhere in the world, even from and to land line telephones (for very reasonable rates).

VirtualMissions Forum

I've found forums are tough to get running. No one likes to post to a new, empty forum (including me). But instead of submitting your question through the contact form or chat if you use the forum it has the extra benefit of helping others after you who might also have the same question.
